In America circa 2004, there had only ever been two Blues Exchanges – first came Cheap Thrills in St. Loius, MO and then second came the MezzJelly Blues Weekend in Pittsburgh, PA. House parties, over-the-top classes, and a hell of a lot of fun blues dancing set the tone for all future mezzJelly events.
