Billeting

As with many dance weekend events, billeting is available with local dancers. Spaces are limited and therefore not guaranteed. They will be assigned on a first-paid-first-served basis. So register early and get your money to us ASAP!

If you request billeting, we will match you with the best available host based on the information you provide. You will be notified of your assignment by email approximately two weeks before the event.

Please remember your host is only responsible for providing a roof over you head and a floor to sleep on. They are not responsible for providing transportation, food, towels, etc. However, they may be able and willing to do some of these things. It is your responsibility to contact your host and make all necessary arrangements.

We will be making every effort to provide billeting spaces for everyone but these may run out. If you prefer billeting but could afford a dorm room, please indicate this on the registration form; we may ask you to assist us by taking one.

University Summer Hotel (Dorms)

We have arranged for a block of rooms at the King Street Residence (200 King St. North, Waterloo) through Laurier Summer Accommodations. If you select the "Dorms" option on the registration form, we will take care of reserving a room for you. Here are some important details about the rooms:
