Registration
Online Registration Process
To register individually:
- Fill out and submit the registration form.
- Mail your payment, if you selected this option.
- Receive your payment confirmation email. You are now officially registered!
Notes:
- Your registration is not final until we receive your payment; your registration form alone will not guarantee you a space at the event. Form + Payment = Registered!
- If you need to make a change or addition to an existing registration, email us and we will try to make the necessary arrangements.
Group Registration
- The group leader emails us with a list of at least 6 groups members (more names can be added later).
- Each member registers online individually (selecting the group payment option) and pays the group leader.
- The group leader submits the group's payment.
- Each member receives a payment confirmation email. You are now officially registered!
Payment Options
- Canadian or US cheque (or money order)
- Write your email address on the cheque.

- PayPal online payment service
- PayPal's secure servers permit you to pay using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit card, or to send payment from your bank account or PayPal account. Credit card information you supply to PayPal is confidential and not revealed to us. A 3.5% transaction surcharge fee is applied to all PayPal purchases.
